Counsellor In Training Program

New since 2007! The Camp Lorrain Board of Directors is please to announce a new program for campers and potential leaders from ages 14 to 16.

This program leads to and/or includes our Counsellor in Training Program and when successfully completed will allow participants to apply to be a Counsellor at Camp Lorrain upon reaching their 17th birthday.

The program fee is $100 per person payable by cheque to Camp Lorrain when submitting an application for the program.

The program will include participation in the pre-camp staff training days (June 30-July 4, 2008) some supervised leadership responsibilities at the Scamp Camp (July 6-11, 2008), and also at one or both of the Junior Camps (July 13-18 or July 20-25, 2008), and, if suitable, participation in a four-day Canoe Trip from August 3-8, 2008.

Participants will have to arrange transportation to and from the Camp Lorrain site as necessary to take part in this program. Please see application form.
